I'm a 55 year old 3rd generation Louisiana asphalt highway contractor with 4 children. My dad bought me my first bike, a 1966 Honda 50 Super Sport, in 1966 when I was twelve from G.N. Gonzales in Baton Rouge for $300. I'm an engineer by profession, love history (the idea of this race) and fascinated by anything with a motor from an electric razor to a locomotive.
I began collecting Japanese homologation race bikes, then moved to pre-war and began drifting recently into the teens. My other hobbies include bird hunting in the Texas brush on horseback. ~ Bryan Bossier
