Cannonball Motorcycle Diaries - The Proposed Route Cross Country
The official site for the Motorcycle Cannonball offers this tentative route and dates for the event next year.

Motorcycle Cannonball Classic Harley Coast-to-Coast Ride
On such a ride the route will be critical. We don't want to end up on the interstate, or get caught amongst the wildlife that venture out after dark. How does your machine do in certain elevations? How many miles can you go between gas stops? Which route will be the most hospitable, and the most scenic? How many miles can you really do in a day?
This route proposed is only tentative. Though not carved in stone, this is the most probable route that we will take.

Please Note: This is not final but should be pretty close. So you cna use this as a rough guide to make your own plans to check out the action or even ride along with us for part of the run. I suspect we could use moral and mechanical support along the way. So please feel free to bring tools, gas, oil and spare parts
We will post the "official hotel" at eash stop as they become available.
We will be stopping at the Wheels Through Time museum in Maggie Valley, NC on Sunday, September 2. Should be quite a party and Dale and Matt had better gear up for this once-in-a-lifetime event for classic motorcycle enthusiasts.
