Thought i should introduce myself as i am wanting to ask a few questions soon. Working on my first Harley project. Just putting together parts I am able to find which is slow as old parts aren't as plentiful north of the border. This is the best forum site I have seen yet. Thanks to Mr Kanter for providing this site for us to use.

Welcome Doug. What kind of project do you have going on?

Yes Doug we thrive on details. I always heard that cycles survive better up your way because they don't collect as many miles as they do in the warmer climes.

This started out with an idea to make a bobber but has taken on a life of its own!. Parts from ebay and swap meets make up most of it. Jan8,2008 001.jpg

welcome Doug, always nice to hear from our Canadian friends. I've got some buddies that live near Port Elgin, they rode down to the states last summer to visit. I'm planning on meeting up with them this August for a tour .
