1955 KH fender and chain guard

I was at my local Indy's shop this morning getting new rubber for my shovelhead, when I spotted this cardboard box with a front fender and chain guard in it. After the recent discussion here of the KH model, I recognized it immediately. It appears to be an original paint fender with the 1955 KH emblem on the front, and also a chain guard in excellent shape. The rear of the fender appears to have been cut; I'll leave it to the experts to decide.
I asked the owner of the shop what the price tag was, and he said he hasn't figured out a price, because he doesn't really know the value. I told him I might know someone who would be interested, and took some photos with my phone, as that's all I had with me. I'll post the photos here, and if anyone wants the phone number of the seller, shoot me a PM, and I'll put you in touch.

Big, the fender has been bobbed therefore the fender is pretty worthless, but the fender stays being the early style have value. I would say the stays could be worth from 50 to 100 bucks. The 55 medallion is worth 300 or more depending on condition (hard to tell from picture).

The chain guard is worth 75 to 150 depending on condition.

A decent fabricator can replace the cut off part of the fender. I am having butchered fenders restored by a great one now.

Magneto Sportster just needs one as well. I may part out the fender. I haven't actually seen it yet, so I don't know. If I do, I'll give you two first shot. I have your email.

I would buy the whole fender and fix it if ya don't want a fortune for it.
