    1937 transmission adjusting screw support

    Part number 2804-36 transmission adjusting screw support for a 1937 was it cadmium or parkerized support.jpg

    The 2804-36 was indeed cadmium plated. However, although the part number remained the same, the design of the mount changed. In late 1936 the 5th mount was put on the frame. I guess they still had a good supply of transmission cases without the mount. A new mount was designed that bolted to the lower kicker cover studs as it did in '36. Now instead of a bolt resting on the top of the frame the mount attached to the 5th mount on the frame.
