    Yes, there were, introduced in '51, they were Hill climber tanks with the outlets at the rear. I'd love to find a pair but they are elusive.

    H-D didn't sell bikes with this setup. They just sold the parts to do it with. I have to laugh when I see bikes with the shortened oil tank/raised transmission and the hill climb oil tank that replaced the right side gas tank.
