Recommendations on Star Hub Rebuild Parts

In the process of rebuilding 2 star hubs and looking for any recommendations on quality roller bearings, inner sleeves, corks, shims etc...

Do Jim's make the best corks and star paper gaskets? Eastern inner sleeves?

I buy from a variety of places. I get bearings from https://www.thegoodoldmotorcyclepartscompany.com

    Corks any gasket from Colony.

Buy shims and spacers from eastern in quantity of 10 on eBay or local Indy.

Be carful of the inner sleeve. The eastern on is 1 thousand over sized. I bought a couple standard ones I think are Dixie and are stock size. Every eastern inner I can find is oversized on the smaller end or one of the ends, cant remember, I have found

You can also try kick start or some of the usual sources. But bearings from good ol motorcycle company ships fast
    1947 EL
    1948 FL Project
    1947WL Project
    2000FLSTC

But there's booze in the blender
    And soon it will render
That frozen concoction that helps me hang on

Thanks for the heads-up on the Eastern sleeves tomcat, i wasn't aware of that. I read somewhere that some of the corks are rock hard. Also read that there are 2 different sleeves, 36-39 and 40 -66 so done some reading and now i know the difference. (Thanks JerryWieland)

I'm thinking it's 36 - 39. The red arrow indicates a step in the sleeve.

There are at least 4 versions of that thrust top hat. The one you pictured I believe is the last one but I do not know when it started so - ?? to 66. I wish there was someplace where they had a break down of this. I believe they all carry the same part number.
