1936 EL been on EBay numerous times

What is up with this bike? Says its been judged. seems to be another owner, they start around $125K and come back down. Is this bike real? Frame and all? Just trying to start a discussion about it. Item #283538647938.

    Thanks for the compliments.

Bike is available thought it woulda been sold awhile ago but if it doesnít I wouldnít mind keeping it

Some lowball offers but luckily Iím in a position where I donít need to sell.

i've been thinking of making an offer on it, but also would like to know what is wrong, what is repop, what is real, & see copies of the judging sheets listing the deductions before i get serious with it.

two things i see wrong: handlebars are very high for a 36 & the front tire to fender gap is huge.

You missed the Brown seat which should be Black, Cadmium plated screws in rear fender, incorrect shifter detente collar on shift lever, missing 4 holes in top plate on handlebars, Incorrect placement of clamp on front head pipe, no plating on fuel strainer cap, incorrect short rubber tank divider. Even though it has a few easily fixable errors it is a very nice bike.

This is what was sent to me after the guy who assembled it had it judged

    96.25

    1. needed a cast clamp on front brake handle, we had steel
    2. argued finish on brass fittings on the rocker covers. no deduction
    3. argued finish on banjo bolts at oil tank, we think cad, they think nickle
    4. wire routing on timer ( behind carb support ) needs to be in front
    5. needs 2 muffler clamps, we had 1 ( pics we researched, 5 pics - 3 w 1 clamp, 2 with 2 clamps )
    6. needed painted bolts on rear fender flip, we had parkerized
    7. kickstand bracket missing rivet ( early 36 had 2 large rivets )
    8. minor nicks on speedo drive nut at the tranny

As a casual observer, seen your other bikes also look great but on that 36 front fender stance sticks out like a sore thumb!
