    Chroming a S&S L-Series Carb.

    Wasn't my idea ...

    Fella sent me a L to install bushings for the throttle shaft ...
    He seen a bunch of my chrome work on other parts and said he would like to have the L chromed...

    I do most of the prep work then send the parts to my Chrome Guy in Kentucky...
    Worked in his shop when I was living in Ky. We work well together, so here's what I got going on ...

    The next photo of the carb will be shinning as much as the cam cover is ....

    Forgot to say ...
    Installed throttle shaft bushings ....

    Gotta say when polish is done right, it would be a hard choice to go Chrome ...
