    FLT Speedometer Calibration

1980 FLT speedometer calibration for some reason now is off by about 15 mph. Meaning at about 50 mph, speed shows 65 mph. I did change out the rear sprocket which is smaller than the original but since this is driven from the front wheel not transmission, me thinks sprocket size has no effect. Am I missing something?

Standard 16" tire. Same size tire I've had on there for years.
