    I think the best advice I got on installing the drive unit, from this Forum, was to have the wheel off the ground and rotate it slowly while pushing the unit in, you will feel the sweet spot when the two gears engage properly. Spent three years with no speedometer, much nicer to have it working. Now for the oil pressure light!?!??!?!?!

    I purchase the last nos Speedo drive and compete brake drum off eBay which were the last ones I saw on there a few years ago. The stuff just isn't out there anymore!!! Gave $125 for the speedo drive and $325 for the drum.
