    all two bike have the XE 35 in front of dash,the 37' have a casting sign on steering neck...

    Die number can be left or right, high or low, here is #2

    I think that as the WLA that were all marked 42, even this 42 U was marked 42, despite being built in 43 .... right? word to the experts ....

    45-1324 is a 1945 engine case.
    Can you find die number on frame neck, front leg of fork ?

    I think that as the WLA that were all marked 42, even this 42 U was marked 42, despite being built in 43 .... right? word to the experts ....
    43-2464 is 1943 engine case, the vin was stamped 42WLA or 42U

    Yes, 1943 motorcycle with 1942 vin, they did that during the war.
    1943 frames should have 8 on frame neck
    1943 fork should have 10,11,12 on front fork leg
