Any locksmith can do it. It is a Briggs & Stratton key and key code.

Perry Ruiter has the keys, key machine and the code books. So you may want to reach out to him.

These are the blanks you need. Milwaukee Wis. U.S.A around the top and BASCO on the back.
Any locksmith can give you a key blank that will work.

A few things to think about - if you want to use an original B&S key, like those on e-bay for $25 each, I would take your code to your local locksmith and ask him to cut you a key by that code. He’ll do that on an aftermarket blank and it’ll probably run you about $10-$15. Then make sure that key works. If it does, take your B&S blank back to him and he can either duplicate it from the first key he cut or, better yet, cut the B&S key as an original key from the same code info.
The locksmith typically won’t guarantee that the key he cut from your code will work - only that he cut the key properly from the available code info.
Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.
