    If you do not have the float shifted properly in the bowl it will hang up also.

    When I was working with George Yarocki.
    On my 101 Scout.
    He told me he had seen some of the rubber ducky floats swell up and get stuck. Nothing is perfect. But still better than the brass ones from India.
