Solution loss of oil since the crankshaft of my w 1937 does not have retainer.

My w 1937 does not have a crankshaft retainer, (apparently they had a clog)

Nobody here knew how to do the packing, and the solution they gave me was to mechanize the crankcase to put an oil seal, but that solution did not want it
because I could not return the bike to its original state someday.
Thanks to Rodrigo (the only mechanic who has dared to touch my bike) and his friend Diego (an excellent engineer and very good turner), Diego devised a flat with an O-ring that only needed three holes in the crankcase to be able to anchor it and be able to return to the original state at any time.
Diego made the plate with excellent results does not lose even a drop of oil!
