Thread: Help id a bike

  1. Help id a bike

    Hey guys

My grandfather was mostly an indian guy. He even owned an Indian dealership/shop back in the 30s-40s. He did have a few Harleys mixed into his collection. Im trying to id one of them. The picture I have is not the best but Im guessing some of you would still be able to tell.
I grew up around quite a few Indians so Im pretty good at identifying them but when it comes to Harleys Im at a total loss.
Here is a link to the pic.

    What Harley is this?
    Thanks

First year for a front brake on an HD was 28...so that'll help in the future.
