    18" Tube - Rubber Stem

Hey, looking for a new tire tube for a front 18" wheel for my '46 WL. All I can find from the usual sources are steel stem. I see rubber stems for the 16" offset, but nothing for an 18". Are the rubber stems a thing of the past?

This is for a rider not 100 pointer, but I do like the look of the steel stems, stick up way too far. Thanks in advance.

Factory 18" tubes used steel stems, originally the stepped Shrader type.

Look at Cokers site. He sells a 400-450 18/19/TR13,Center Rubber Stem @ $16.95
Do not know if this for MC or not. May work or not.

If you use the new steel stems the repop Schrader stems screw right on to them.

Thanks but it is Coker that sent me the last one with a metal stem.

Robbie so I am chasing a myth? Figures. Got a pic of an original Shrader in a wheel?
