    Harley-Davidson seat post springs

Anyone who has been around for awhile probably knows this but just for any newcomers or those who haven't given them a try, I would like to put in a plug for Dave Croft's pogo springs. I just installed my 3rd set, these in a 57 Panhead. If you haven't tried them you don't know what you are missing. The ride is super. Forget the old valve spring routine and all that crap. Invest the $60 for his setup and you will never regret it. Different springs for different weight riders all in one kit with easy to follow instructions. Full travel and no bottoming out. I don't know what else to say except that I haven't been this happy since the birth of my last grandchild.

I have a box of them ready to go on the '52s pogo stick.
Got another couple of boxes on the shelf, just because............

Dave is the man on seat posts! I did this several years ago after years of some miserable riding experiences and a long conversation with him on the phone and couldn't be happier. Turned a lot of others on to his set ups as well. Problem solved and a job well done by a contentious individual.

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere. Has dave retired. Did he turn his spring manufacturing over to Colony?
