need help finding a hand shift top.

Bike is a 48 engine in a Paugcho frame. The whole setup just doesn't feel right being a footshift. The tranny has a ratchet top on it now. I know I could just put a shift lever on it but that would just not be right.

The hand-shift tranny tops come up regularly on eBay, not hard to find.

If you're talking about converting a foot-shift to a hand-shift, you'll need a few other parts than just the trans top. You'll also need a foot clutch assembly and linkage, a left-side gas tank with shift gate, and the shifter arm and linkage.

1952 was the first year the foot-shift was offered as an option by the MoCo, but of course, can easily be retrofitted back to 1936.
