Thanks to Terry Marsh RE: Corbin Speedometer

I'd like to say thanks to Terry Marsh for being a pro. He sold me a rare illuminated, 100 mph Corbin speedometer for my 1929 Harley JDH. I used it for a few hundred miles before the Motorcycle Cannonball and then on the actual 4,000 mile ride.

It worked great up until the Cannonball then the odometer died on the first day in New York. I later saw Terry in Oregon towards the end of the cross country ride. I told him what had happened and, without hesitation, he apologized for the failure and told me to send it to him to repair free.

It took me some time to get around to removing and shipping the speedo back to Terry. He immediately fixed and returned it to me. Thanks Terry. Wouldn't it be great if all antique parts sales people and suppliers were as honest and easy to deal with as Terry Marsh?

Twice , Terry has sent me parts before I sent him money. Thats trust.
With most people it's money first or no parts.
    Thanks Terry

I just recieved a switch from Terry, for a very reasonable deal....
I dont think you could tell it from NOS without having them both in your hand.
    He does great work.
    Thanks again, Terry

Terry is always at all the West Coast swap meets. I always stop in and chat with him, but he doesn't know who I am....!
