help needed with single cyl

Anyone know this cyl ?,bore is around 80mm.I think it looks something that mayby was made in the US .

I'm new at this, but I see an F-head motor with an atmospheric intake system.

Do a Google search for "Briggs Motor Wheel" images.

it looks a littel like Briggs Motor,but the cyl is to big and also the bore.I got a Briggs motor wheel,and the cyl has atmospheric intake system.
I think it comes from a US made bike,but which bike ?

Is there a number stamped anywhere on the base flange?

No numbers on the cyl flange
