This set of flywheels came with my WLDR, but im not sure what they are from. I was thinking XR? They have the # 56 stamped on the bottom of both flywheels...

Yup, those are early XR wheels. Not sure on the 56 but it may be the balance factor.
Do you know if they will be useable in 45 cases?
To what effect? The stroke is enough shorter that a 45 would be reduced to a 35, a 45 stroke is 3 13/16", an XR 3" even. They were designed for ball bearing engines so 45 cases would need to be bored and adapted, they will not work with roller bearings. And after all that the shaft dimensions are different than 45 as far as length and diameter. I don't know if the assembled width would fit or how the diameter relates to 45 dimensions.Do you know if they will be useable in 45 cases?

I think what he meant to say is "no"!![]()
A simple no leaves too many unanswered questions! Then I have to go back and elaborate in which case I am accused of having various personality disorders by people with various personality disorders. A viscous cycle (no pun intended).I think what he meant to say is "no"!
