can anyone confirm that in late 30ies
vin stamped on Indian cases had 1/4" tall letters and 3/16" digits?

unlikely 40s indians which has same size letters and digits?

and second Q is:
which magneto used chief in 39
edison-splitdorf CDH or RM?

I've seen both on 39 but no clue which is correct

has anyone CDH type for sale?
