    Painting brake drum

So what is the best thing to do. I need to paint my front brake drum. I also need to get the front pads installed and arced. It looks like a new drum, but I think I will have them just turn it a tad enough to dress up the surface after sand blasting. should I paint it first and then have it turned? Or should I turn it and then mask off the inside and paint?

I'd paint them know.Rust waits for no man.Raw cast will start rusting even if you can't see it.Just mask it off good on the outside to avoid damage to the paint when you have them turned.
    Good luck
