I looked through my mc encylopedia a thru z and can not find a Packer.
Doesn't mean there isn't one though or maybe a different name.

I've been pretty active in the classic American bike scene for a long time and that name is new to me.
But who knows, there were a lot of very small production motorcycles early on and Packer might have been one of them.
Were they made in Green Bay, Wisc?![]()
