Now that is a Flashback to the 70's.....
I was lucky enough to find an original rear leg for my 1940 "45" without breaking the bank. On the front leg, i had to settle for a 4" over. I see the front legs only, (minus the casting) on e-bay, offered by Deluxehdcreations. Im gonna sweat the old legs out, and braze in the new. They look like a pretty good repop. they have the inside pressed flat like original.
nmaineron, They also sell the front legs for the Big Twin. (Bigger hole at the bottom of the leg.) I am in no way affiliated with this company, just thought i would share.

I know the price is a lil high for what they are, but the time it will take me to find the right tubes, and fab it up, and ask my old work if i can use there brake, to make that flat area on the inside. Its worth it. Time is money too!
The price is not that bad, fofr taking an old peice of shiiit springer, and restoring it to proper size, and shape...I call it a bargain...
yea, ive seen complete springers on e-bay for as high as $1800! Yikes!
