Also he`s now added info to answer folks questions, which is a mixed bag indicating not a lot of correct owner knowledge!

Seem to be alot of frame number digits there , but first sequence indicates 1938 frame (selling as a 39!)no mention of motor number/if matching.
Be rather interesting for overseas buyers( he only mentions in latest footnote) as US customs require a title before export could take place, as he`s in non title state/bill of sale only

Does not know who built motor, but knows of crankcase repair
Claims linkert is original (incorrect for 39 or a 38)
Obviously won awards at non AMCA events for looking pretty
