Figured I’d do it online while here at work, hard for them to tell what I’m doing anyway! LOL Well, the AIM online renewal thingy at ezsubscription.com had other plans for me! The site puked all over itself this morning. Having not had enough coffee, I pull the normal stupid user trick and clicked SUBMIT multiple times. Get a bigger hammer, right?!!? Then it strikes me; good job jerk, you probably just renewed multiple times! Not that I don’t want the mag for years to come, but I had visions of 10 concurrent issues all for the same year arriving for hundreds of dollars! LOL

Ok, time to get help. Called the 877 number;
First call got dropped.
Second call gets stuck in the greeting queue, “Thank you for calling American Iron…”
Oh good, here we go! In the back of my mind I thinking that’s nice, Buzz is out riding the Motorcycle Cannonball. Maida is DJ-ing the “boss is away” party and no one can get a subscription renewed!
Third call gets answered by something I barely recognized; a pleasant-sounding American woman! Whoa, what is this?!!? American-based customer support, I LOVE IT! THANK YOU!
“Sam” could not have been more pleasant and helpful!
Looking forward to another year of AIM!
